Regret nothing

Some people might mention the quote, ‘When you look back on your life, you'll regret the things you didn't do more than the things you did.’ There is some truth in this. Others may say that you learn from every mistake. This is also true.

But, for me, it’s more important to know that regret accomplishes nothing. It only makes you feel bad and insecure about your own decisions. I have done some things I wish I hadn’t and there’s other things I wish I had done, but regret cannot turn back the clock and return me to the moments I made those choices.

I have to live with my decisions whether I regret them or not, so I’d rather not regret them.
