Accept messy hair

If I don’t blow-dry my hair, I am like Hermione Granger on a windy day. I was very self-conscious about this when I was a teenager and I still haven’t overcome this. Today I don't leave my hair au naturel unless I'm on vacation or on the beach. I like my smart look with my smooth hair but I wish I could be bold enough to go into the world with my untamed lion’s mane and feel as comfortable as I do with straight hair. So I'm still working on this one.
